All orders are shipped via An Post track & trace. FREE ROI Delivery when you spend €100 or more.

In stock items will be shipped within 2-5 days of receiving your order. Back order items please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. For delivery information on a specific item, please get in touch info@pearllane.ie as some items take longer than others.

We are happy to ship to brides near and far! Please select either IRE or International shipping at checkout to be charged at the following rates:

Delivery charges

Ireland – Small items €5. Larger items €10.
EU & UK – Small items €10. Larger items €20.
Please note any customs & duty due are solely your responsibility, this is not included in the price. We advise you to check your local customs regulations before purchasing.
Rest of world – Small items €15. Larger items €25. Please note any customs & duty due are solely your responsibility, this is not included in the price. We advise you to check your local customs regulations before purchasing.

Rush Orders

If you’ve fallen in love with something on our website that is not in stock and you’re wedding day is fast approaching, get in touch, we will do everything we can to get it to you on time!

Returns

If you have any questions before purchasing please get in touch, we are happy to answer these to help you choose the right piece.

Exchange or refund is not allowed if an item has been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements.
We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us info@pearllane.ie with the reason for the return. All items must be returned in their original state, with all the original labels, tags and packaging.
We ask that when your order arrives, you inspect it upon receipt & notify us immediately if there is any issues.
All returns should be done via track & trace no later than 7 days after receiving your order.
All returns are your responsibility.

Once your item is returned to us, we will inspect it on arrival. If there is any issues with the item, any damage or signs of wear, you will not be permitted to a refund. If your item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent, we will issue a refund, minus postage costs, via the original payment method. Please note this may take up to 10 workings day to appear back in your account.
